Fee formula:
    $10.00
 + $.02 x thousand impressions
 + $30.00 x thousand megabytes file transfer

Typical charge for one month:
Average Banner size: 10K 
# Impressions for small site: 80,000
Cost:  $10.00 + .02 x 80 + ( 80,000 x 10K x $30/1,000,000 K) = $35.60

If you charge $4.00 per thousand banners served, you earn $320 less  banner management fees for a net earnings of $284.40.
